As a teacher here your main focus will be teaching and practicing oral and written English with young learners in Kindergarten schools, Elementary schools and Secondary schools across greater Bangkok. Thai learners are very enthusiastic, well behaved and eager to learn to communicate in English. You will need to be equally energetic, professional and dedicated with the aim of encouraging the learners to develop their language skills to where they are able to use English in real life situations with confidence.

Requirements to teach in Bangkok Thailand:
Speak English to native speaker level.
Have a bachelor's degree in related field or above from a recognised university (education, linguistics or English degrees will be given priority).
Have TEFL/other teaching certification OR at least two years teaching experience.
Able to relocate.
Responsibilities for teachers in Thailand:
Student age range 2-18 years old.
Class size varies from around 10-30 students per class.
Class length varies from 30-60 minutes.
Working hours and number of lessons taught varies depending on the work site, but can vary from 32-40 hours per week.
The school will normally provide a curriculum for you to follow and from which you will develop your lesson plans, the format of which will vary from school to school.
Many schools will provide a Thai teaching assistant to work with you in the class, especially if you are working with the younger grades.
Many schools will provide training for their new staff and some will provide ongoing training for their teachers throughout the year.
You will be required to complete all necessary paper work, assessments and reports as directed by individual schools within assigned due dates.
