Non-Native ESL Coordinator

Essential Education Staffing is currently seeking an ESL Coordinator for an immediate start. The current vacancy is based in Bangkok. Our school is an all-girls Catholic school located within a 10-minute walking distance of Silom Road MRT & BTS station. The working hours are from 7:40am to 3/3.40pm.

Some responsibilities include:

• Maintain a high profile of best and leading practice within the classroom and foster high expectations within our schools.
• Carry out regular Teaching & Learning reviews & lesson observations.
• Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in education.
• Experience with ESL students.
• Must be currently residing in Bangkok.
• Able to start ASAP.
• A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life.

We offer a comprehensive package including:

• A take-home salary of 18,000 to 22,000.
• Overtime is paid at 350 Baht per period for Teaching.
